Vincent joined the Rochem team as Director of Operations in January of 2008. He brings to Rochem over ten years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing management, along with over ten years experience in managing and overseeing the day to day operations in the Optical Disc Manufacturing field.  His success in managing the operations and leading a diverse workforce in these detail-oriented environments make him a welcomed addition to the Rochem team.

Michelle joined the Rochem team in April 2005 as the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. Through her dedication, enthusiasm and hard work, Michelle was promoted within the company on two occasions and is now currently the Director of Accounting and Planning. In addition to her experience in the Accounting and Administrative areas, Michelle has a background in Human Resources. She is enthusiastic about the development within Rochem and looks forward to a bright future and much more continued growth.

JoAnn has joined Rochem on 3/3/08 as Director of Accounting. She has an extensive accounting background with a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Dowling College. JoAnn has a long history of working in the financial aspect of the pharmaceutical industry and looks forward to a long career with Rochem.
