Rochem International Inc. (Rochem) complies with the above referenced act to ensure that our complete product supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking.
Verification:
Rochem verifies that all product suppliers do not engage in human trafficking and slavery as part of their company operations. In addition, all Rochem and supplier contractors, logistics firms, trucking companies, and all other companies involved in the handling of Rochem product are expected to abide by the above referenced act.
Supplier Audits:
Rochem audits all product suppliers on an annual or biennial basis. Part of this audit involves the verification that product suppliers do not engage in human trafficking and slavery as part of their company operations.
Supplier Certifications:
Supplier Certifications for Rochem product suppliers which certify compliance with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which business is conducted are available upon request. This document serves to certify that Rochem complies with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of all countries in which Rochem conducts business.
Standards:
All Rochem employees, supplier employees, contract employees, and employees from any firm handling Rochem product are required to abide by Rochem company standards regarding human trafficking and slavery. Rochem will not engage in the employment of or business relationship with any person or company engaged in slavery and human trafficking.
Employee Training
Rochem conducts annual training in which Rochem company standards regarding slavery and human trafficking are included as part of the training materials.
