Steven graduated from the Qingdao Foreign Trade Institute and has been with Rochem since the Qingdao office was initially formed. Steven has gained tremendous experience in the pharmaceutical and nutritional/food categories while with Rochem and will continue to focus most of his efforts in the pharmaceutical area.
Dongming joined Rochem after having earned his college degree from Wuhan University and spending nearly a decade with Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical. Dongming’s exposure to writing and filing DMFs, along with being involved with US FDA inspections, have prepared him to be a key part of Rochem’s success in preparing and assisting manufacturers to meet US FDA requirements.
Jerry joins us after spending 4 years working at a biotech company in Shanghai working in their Compliance and Audit group. He was primarily responsible for leading the efforts to address any corrective actions needed as a result of audits by western pharma companies. Prior to this he worked in a variety of positions in Public Healthcare, including exploring and developing cooperation and exchange programs between Chinese and US public health organizations. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and then completed a Masters Degree in Health Services and Public Health Research from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, UK.

Kaylene Gao received her English Bachelor degree from Qingdao Universityof Science & Technology in 2004. Before joining Rochem she worked for a Pakistan based company in international trading and built five year experience of raw material sourcing in the chemical field. With Kaylene’s solid international trading and sourcing experience, she is a great addition to the Rochem family and will provide strong support to our sales team and our manufacturing partners in China.

Alex Ma graduated from Ocean University of China and gained his master degree in pharmaceutical chemistry. He worked for Qilu Pharmaceutical and Rizhao Lanshan Biochemical Product before joining Rochem as sourcing manager. Four years’ work experience in production and quality system in pharmaceutical industry enable him to help manufacturers to solve the specific problems and support the smooth communication between Rochem and manufacturers.

Susan joined our Qingdao team as an Administrative Assistant. She is a graduate of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology having received her Bachelor degree in Law and Economics. As one of Rochem’s newest members, Susan’s energy and enthusiasm are tangible and her contribution to our team is growing with her experience.
Belinda Wang graduated from Qingdao University of Science and Technology with major in pharmaceutical engineering. She joined Rochem after spending almost 2 years working in Qilu Pharma Now she works here as sourcing and logistics assistant. Her previous working experience in workshop and export department will help to give her full contribution to Rochem.
